Chapter XVIII · Śloka 64
सर्वगुह्यतमं भूयः शृणु मे परमं वचः ।
इष्टोऽसि मे दृढमिति ततो वक्ष्यामि ते हितम् ॥
sarva-guhyatamaṃ bhūyaḥ śṛṇu me paramaṃ vacaḥ |
iṣṭo'si me dṛḍham iti tato vakṣyāmi te hitam ||
Hear again My supreme word, the most secret of all. You are deeply dear to Me; therefore I shall speak to you what is for your good.
After inviting free reflection, Krishna returns to speak yet again — this time as pure love. The declaration iṣṭo'si me dṛḍham ('you are firmly beloved to me') reveals the personal, intimate dimension of the Divine that surpasses even the highest philosophical teaching.
