Chapter III · Śloka 26
न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम् ।
जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान्युक्तः समाचरन् ॥

na buddhi-bhedaṃ janayed ajñānāṃ karma-saṅginām |
joṣayet sarva-karmāṇi vidvān yuktaḥ samācaran ||
joṣayet sarva-karmāṇi vidvān yuktaḥ samācaran ||
The wise one should not unsettle the minds of the ignorant who are attached to action; he should inspire them, himself performing all actions with full concentration.
Rather than shaking the faith of those whose minds are not yet mature enough for pure knowledge, the wise person leads by example, performing all duties with inner equanimity. Disrupting another's established path without offering a higher one causes more harm than good.
