Duryodhana uvāca
धृष्टकेतुश्चेकितानः काशिराजश्च वीर्यवान् |
पुरुजित्कुन्तिभोजश्च शैब्यश्च नरपुङ्गवः ||
पुरुजित्कुन्तिभोजश्च शैब्यश्च नरपुङ्गवः ||
dhṛṣṭaketuś cekitānaḥ kāśirājaś ca vīryavān |
purujit kuntibhojaś ca śaibyaś ca nara-puṅgavaḥ ||
purujit kuntibhojaś ca śaibyaś ca nara-puṅgavaḥ ||
There are also great heroic warriors like Dhrishtaketu, Chekitana, the valiant King of Kashi, Purujit, Kuntibhoja, and Shaibya, the foremost among men.
The list of Pandava allies continues, each name a reminder that the enemy has rallied the finest kings of the age. Duryodhana's enumeration is thorough — and exhausting. He cannot stop talking about what he fears.
