Chapter XI · Śloka 46
किरीटिनं गदिनं चक्रहस्तम्
इच्छामि त्वां द्रष्टुमहं तथैव |
तेनैव रूपेण चतुर्भुजेन
सहस्रबाहो भव विश्वमूर्ते ||

kirīṭinaṃ gadinaṃ cakra-hastam
icchāmi tvāṃ draṣṭum ahaṃ tathaiva |
tenaiva rūpeṇa catur-bhujena
sahasra-bāho bhava viśva-mūrte ||

I wish to see You as before, with the crown, carrying the mace and the disc. Please assume that four-armed form again, O thousand-armed one, O cosmic form.
Arjuna asks the thousand-armed cosmic being to return to the four-armed Viṣṇu form — and behind that, the beloved human face. The escalation makes the request poignant: overwhelming glory, yet love reaches back toward the personal.
