Chapter XIII · Śloka 31
यदा भूतपृथग्भावमेकस्थमनुपश्यति ।
तत एव च विस्तारं ब्रह्म सम्पद्यते तदा ॥
तत एव च विस्तारं ब्रह्म सम्पद्यते तदा ॥
yadā bhūta-pṛthag-bhāvam ekastham anupaśyati |
tata eva ca vistāraṃ brahma sampadyate tadā ||
tata eva ca vistāraṃ brahma sampadyate tadā ||
When one perceives the separate existence of all beings as resting in the One, and the expansion of all from that One alone — then one attains Brahman.
The vision of unity-in-diversity and diversity-in-unity — all beings grounded in the one Reality and manifesting from It — is the direct experience of Brahman. This simultaneous perception of the one and the many dissolves the illusion of separateness.
