Chapter XVIII · Śloka 62
तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत ।
तत्प्रसादात्परां शान्तिं स्थानं प्राप्स्यसि शाश्वतम् ॥
तत्प्रसादात्परां शान्तिं स्थानं प्राप्स्यसि शाश्वतम् ॥
tam eva śaraṇaṃ gaccha sarva-bhāvena bhārata |
tat-prasādāt parāṃ śāntiṃ sthānaṃ prāpsyasi śāśvatam ||
tat-prasādāt parāṃ śāntiṃ sthānaṃ prāpsyasi śāśvatam ||
Take refuge in Him alone with your whole being, O Bhārata. By His grace you will attain supreme peace and the eternal abode.
Having described the Lord in the heart, Krishna immediately gives the instruction that follows: surrender to Him completely. The word sarva-bhāvena — with one's entire being — leaves no part of the self outside the surrender.
