Chapter VIII · Śloka 16
आब्रह्मभुवनाल्लोकाः पुनरावर्तिनोऽर्जुन ।
मामुपेत्य तु कौन्तेय पुनर्जन्म न विद्यते ॥

ā-brahma-bhuvanāl lokāḥ punar āvartino'rjuna |
mām upetya tu kaunteya punar janma na vidyate ||
mām upetya tu kaunteya punar janma na vidyate ||
All worlds up to the realm of Brahmā are subject to return, O Arjuna; but on reaching Me, O Kaunteya, there is no rebirth.
Even the highest cosmic plane — Brahmaloka — remains within the domain of time and eventual dissolution. Only union with Krishna, the Absolute beyond all creation, permanently ends the round of rebirth.
