One who is without desire, pure, expert, impartial, undisturbed, who has renounced all undertakings — that devotee of Mine is dear to Me.
The devotee who needs nothing (anapekṣa), remains inwardly clean, is capable and efficient, remains dispassionately neutral, has no personal anxiety, and abandons all ego-driven initiatives — this person is supremely dear to Krishna.
