Chapter VI · Śloka 14
प्रशान्तात्मा विगतभीर्ब्रह्मचारिव्रते स्थितः |
मनः संयम्य मच्चित्तो युक्त आसीत मत्परः ||
praśāntātmā vigata-bhīr brahmacāri-vrate sthitaḥ |
manaḥ saṃyamya mac-citto yukta āsīta mat-paraḥ ||
With a serene and fearless mind, established in the vow of celibacy, restraining the mind and fixing it on Me — one should sit in yoga with Me as the supreme goal.
The inner posture completes the outer: a mind settled into fearlessness, a life oriented toward the sacred vow of brahmacharya, and the ultimate resolution of awareness into the divine. The final destination of all yogic practice is disclosed here — not an impersonal void but a living presence.
