Chapter VI · Śloka 31
सर्वभूतस्थितं यो मां भजत्येकत्वमास्थितः ।
सर्वथा वर्तमानोऽपि स योगी मयि वर्तते ॥
sarva-bhūta-sthitaṃ yo māṃ
bhajaty ekatvam āsthitaḥ |
sarvathā vartamāno 'pi
sa yogī mayi vartate ||
The yogi who is established in oneness and worships Me dwelling in all beings — however he acts, he abides in Me.
Ekatvam — oneness — is the basis from which authentic worship flows; when the yogi sees the Lord as the sole reality in all forms, every action becomes worship and no mode of life falls outside the Divine. This verse democratises liberation: conduct matters less than the unifying vision behind it.
